Adding General Project Information
You can add general project information such as project number, description, and contact information.
To add general project information
- In the Project form, click the General tab, and then enter the following information:
- Project Name*: The name of the project. This name is used in reports.
- Job Telephone: The telephone number to be used for the project.
- Project Status: The status of the project.
- Approximate Contract Value: The approximate value of the contract.
- Job Fax: The fax number to be used for the project.
- Description: A general description of the project.
- Start Date: The agreed upon start date for the project.
- Finish Date: The agreed upon finish date for the project.

Project Size and UOM: The project size (e.g., 25,000) of the project and its unit of measurement (e.g., sq.ft). These values, along with your project data, can be moved to the Winest Modelogix application for future cost estimating projects.
- Project Address: The address of the main project headquarters.
- General Notes: Any general notes about the project.
- To save the changes and keep the form open, click
> Save.
